Allow customers to update their shipping address

With Loop Subscriptions, you can allow customers to update shipping address directly from the customer portal

How to access these settings?

Go to Settings > Customer Portal and scroll down to "Shipping Details" section.

By default, the setting is not enabled. Click on the checkbox added next to "Update shipping address" and save the changes to make the functionality available to your customers. 

How it works at customer end?

Once the setting is enabled, customers will be able to see "edit" button in the shipping details section. On clicking, it will open up the popup with current shipping address which can be edited by the customer.

Shipping price is not updated with changes made in shipping address. To do this, please enable the auto-update shipping price settings
